Reading metadata of AAC???

Does anyone know how to programatically(c++) read the metadata of AAC files residing on pc ?

Thx for the link !

But , both these are used for parsing of mp4 files and not pure aac files. I was looking for reading the metadata(if any), incase of an aac file.
