Xvid_encraw w/ MeGUI and Anamorphic Encoding

So I just have a quick question here.

With xvid you can specify whether you want to use square pixels or not. If I want to have an anamorphic video, should I leave the xvid_encraw setting to square pixels (letting MeGUI set the anamorphic in the mp4 tag) or should I set it to 16:9 as well.

Assuming you are using MeGUI to manage your xvid_encraw encodes and you are now using a sane version of MeGUI (;)) then you should be able to encode anamorphically exactly the same way you do with x264, and MeGUI will manage the details of setting the AR in the commandline.
