Hello,
For some reason my DVD Shrink gets an error message that says it cannot connect to my DVD burner.
The message says: Error:\nCannot connectTRF.
It only does this when it is ready to start burning.
It does everything else just fine.
The only thing I've done to my system lately that has anything to do with that is that I updated my Nero 6 Ultra.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

DVD Shrink is likely looking for your earlier version of NERO on your system. DVD Shrink should always be installed AFTER NERO is installed.
Therefore, try UNinstalling DVD Shrink, rebooting (cautionary), REinstalling DVD Shrink, and again rebooting (cautionary)...

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem.

@sand1070--If you delete the first post to a new thread, it deletes the entire thread; this isn't fair to members who've taken the time to try and help. Please keep this in mind.
If you care not for pursuing this issue, or you've found a fix and don't wish to share, fine, but I've made the thread visible, once again.

@sand1070
You apparently added this line after I originally responded. The message says: Error:\nCannot connectTRF.As I noted in another post here, this is a problem specific to ONLY NERO v.6.6.1.4 when used AUTOMATICALLY from within DVD Shrink.
Two solutions:
1) Go back to an earlier version of NERO
OR
2) Uncheck the "Use NERO" function in DVD Shrink - and use NERO manually to burn

I'm sorry,
I'm kinda new at this.
I did solve the problem by going back to the earlier version of Nero.
Thank everyone for the help.
