Convert OGm and MKV to AVI

Hey Guys

I don't know where to post my question, so I am put it in here. My question is what tool can I use to Convert OGM, MKV to AVI. Some of my OGM and MKV have Dual audio and Subtitles. So if someone can recommend me a really good tool to Convert OGM, MKV to AVI, I would be really thankful.
