Hi, I'm so sorry, but all those programs for DVD ripping confuse me. I'm experienced according to CD ripping, but don't have a clue according to DVD ripping. I don't need any guides for how to make DVD rips, because I've already found enough here ! But I'd like to know which program is the best for my demands:

lossless
preservation of the original DVD layout and distinctive playback (menu, etc. )
focus on security for ensuring bit-pinpointed integrity of the DVD; Time/speed plays absolutely no role, but gaining a 100%ly perfect, digital 1:1 DVD copy, which is identical to the original DVD

But, take into account:
- I won't burn the results ! I'd like to have it on my HDD and mount it with demon tools, nothing else...

So what program should I go for ?

For most DVDs (excluding those with "ARccOS" copy protection), you can use either DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4, SmartRipper, or DVD Shrink (set to "No Compression") to create 1:1 copies (standard CSS copy protection WILL be removed)...

I think also DVDFabDecrypter should be good for you.
