Help no PC Playback

Hi
I have a few backups of some dvds and i cant seem to get my pc to recognize them they play fine in everything else but my dvd drive says "no disc" no mater what program i use. Any ideas:thanks:

Hi!

Chances are your DVD drive either cannot handle one of the two primary formats (DVD+R or DVD-R), or it doesn't recognize the brand of burned media...

I use DVD-R it's all i have ever used but today i tried to check a few movie's with dvdshrink came up no dvd then went to nero to see and the same thing i have opend them before but today i dont know i can open the original

P.S. i use one brand until my wife got this other brand i told her not to get , but its not them i am trying to check
