I noticed great results using Media Player Classic's real-time Bob deinterlacing, compared to the deinterlacing method that I was using with my encodes.

So, what kind of avisynth script I would get the same result ?

Thanks.

Avisource("...")
Bob()

There are many better smart bob and deinterlace filters, but that's the equivalent. mvbob() will get results that knock your socks off.

Odd. I cant get the same results using these bob filters.

have you set field-order correctly? they can spazz a bit if field-order is set wrong...

but yeah, pretty much everything should give more detail than straight bob, though on a laggy LCD like mine a dumb bob can look pretty good.
