Getting error after running first pass

I just installed the latest version of autogk and everytime it goes to start the second pass this error pops up and stops the process. It comes up with a virtual dub error and says "FastWriteStream: couldn't open "C:\Temp2\RdeCLS.avi:" The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" Yet there is nothing else open using it that I can see. Has anyone else seen this error? screen cap attached. Thanks Rapala5

Try changing Explorer view from Thumbnail to List view.
On some XP Installations Thumbnail View for Avi Files shows this Disbehaviour. Maybe deleting Thumbs.ini in you folder will do.
There ar some Registry Keys floating around to disable this and unregistering a windows dll will work. But I don't remember the names and the sources for this..

Thanks for the suggestion. I already have do not cache thumbnails checked in explorer view so it never creates thumbs.ini files and I always use detail view so i don't think thats causing it. Thanks Rapala5

Well it seems like this issue is not hardware related. A friend just installed the latest ver today and he's getting the exact same error as I posted. It funny no one else is encountering this problem and more posts being made about it. Hopefully the autogk maker will stop by and see this post. Rapala5

Found the problem in the FAQ. Symantec antivirus seems to be the cause.
