nero digital video to dvd with external subs

i cant find a program like vsoconverxtodvd to do the encoding from mp4 nero digital files to dvd with subtitles external. when im using nero vision i cant put the external srt or sub subtitles to video.
please i need a solution...

There are multible programs you can use to convert the video, but the subs are another matter. I recommend Subrip. You can open the subs directly and tell it to output to any number of formats.
you will need to mux these in again when you are finished.
