Like white splodges and hairs that are there for a single frame? They are fairly irritating, so is there a good way to remove them?

Fizick's DeSpot is one to try.

RemoveDirt and DeSpot can do it quite well.

But be very careful with them, you can end up removeing noticeable bits of real movie, and even with mocomp masking and tons of argument tweaking I haven't been able to get them to work nicely with most movies.

Try cleaning the film first and projector gate if you still have the film.

Try a logo remover for hair if it is stable.
