demuxed audio not in sync

When I create a D2V project and demux the audio into its AC3 form, the audio and video are not in sync.

I've tested it by using MPC to open the avs script for it, and dub in the audio at the same time.

The audio always comes ahead, and the title always says "Delay 0ms" where does it get the delay from, and why is the demux not in sync?

The reported delay is not always accurate, for various technical reasons. If there is a constant sync offset, then just adjust it when encoding. If it increases as the file plays, then it's a different problem, which we can follow up after you report whether it is a constant sync offset or not.
