i think he/she just want to know the name of any program regardless of best or not. I think you could try guardian knot rip pack. you'll also need dvd decrypter (i did) all available for download for free).

magic dvd ripper is great cerian. It's not freeware so you do have to spend some dough.

here's a second vote for magic dvd ripper,just started useing it ,followed by vob blanker then burn with clone dvd.getting a 100% success rate so far.
