ok i'm wondering on if it is possible to properly encode rmvb to avi.vdub cannot handle this file type so i made a direct showsource avs script but with that script i have audio dsyncs that are not in the original file. i tired multiple times all with the same problem. i even use kill audio filter to make an encode that dosen't have audio then used the script to demux the audio then convert the audio to mp3 128 cbr then used avimux and vdub to mux the audio back in only to have the same problem.
now i tried a couple of other encoding programs like winmpeg. now it did do a conversion streight from rmvb to avi without a avs script with the adio staying synced. all that sounds good right but a new problem came about. my video ran slow. the input frame rate was 24 fps and so was the output. so i am confused i even changed it to 29.97 and it was still slow. now i found out the frame rate changer thing that speeds up the frames bad part in this is audio desyncs at i have the choice of slow or fast. since it input was 24 and changing it to 25 didn't do anything, and 29.97 was to fast. the program is called avi [fr] changer 1.10.
now i tried another program called riverpast (paid not trial) and it just crashes while trying to encode it.
if anybody can help me in this problem please help. and if this is in the wrong place i'm sorry. this problem has been buging me for a week now. as i want to say to hell with it i really can't and it must be done. so please help if you can. by the way my avs is the 2.56 or 2.57 (i remember seeing somthing about2.57 may have or not been avs but just incase lol sorry)
