stdout/stderr reading

How can I catch/read, what is being written to stdout/stderr, when I run an external cli application as a process from my Delphi / Lazarus application?

If you use Delphi, get your hands on TDosCommand. The best out there to launch externall console app, grab the output and manage them easy. I've been using it since RealAnime 2 :)
