programming error when encoding starts

iam using the latest versions of fab and shrink.i havent had
a bit trouble backing up any titles,and i have done a ton of them.but this one region 1 title named bourne supremacy,
i got this program error.do i need to use some other
kind of software?

ok as i always say you guys are great.done just like you said
and it burned just fine.and yes it took awhile like you said
but its done.
