Cant Burn When A Stranger Calls

i tryed to burn using dvd shrink "when a stranger calls" and got a message saying INVALID DVD NAVIGATION STRUCTURE so i tryed to burn with dvd cecrypter to a ios file and that would not rip it either. tryed everything i could and nothing i tryed would copy the disk. is anyone having the same problem. if you can please tell me what i need to get this movie to burn.thanks overnite

..and i thought your phone becoming active makes your dvd burner fail (by some magic phone-power-line correlation or something) :P
