Looking at the avisynth link for filters, is rather out dated. How would one go about finding updated filters and avsi files? I have a reason for asking such quesitons, as I have an idea for a program that would require knowing the new filters

I assume you're referring to the AviSynth Filter Collection (http://www.avisynth.org/warpenterprises/) from avisynth.org?
You might attract better help if you edit your title and add "Avisnyth" in there, somewhere.

Hi-
In addition to the filters to which ammck55 linked, there's also a pretty good collection of functions here:
http://www.avisynth.org/ShareFunctions
But the most recent work is to be found only in our own AviSynth Useage and Development Forums.

@ammck55
Your right I should have added Avisynth in the title, misstake on my part. Also yes I was talking about the filters collection link. I have been looking at alot of posts that show different filters, that I have yet to really find.
@manono
Yes I have looked there as well and I have a layout of the Core Funtions for avisynth. Tracking down updated filters and new ones isn't an easy task. Nor is trying to create a knowledge base for such filters.
