This makes no sense. XviD is a video codec and mp4 is a container. If you want to mux XviD into an mp4 container you can use things like mp4box or if you want a gui YAMB which you can find by searching.

use yamb to mux xvid streams from avi to mp4 (than you need to run this atomchanger tool over the mp4 too to make the psp handle the file)
