Hello,
Last night I loaded DVD2SVCD. I could not get it to run. I might not have loaded all drivers or supplimental programs or at least not in the right directories. I used go back to put my computer back to the day before.
Well today, I burned a mini DVD to a 12cm dvd and then tried to play it. As it turns out both do not play in the computer, at least not well. The video is somewhat choppy, and sound is not existant with some static.
Both disks play in my home DVD player.
The problem, is this problem may have started earlier and I just did not know it. The same thing happens with other videos. I tried WinDVD and Nero to play the videos.
