DVD Ripping etc. Tutorials

I've just acquired Super DVD Ripper v. 1.9 and attempted to rip a music video. It took about 1.5 hours to rip a 1.25 hours DVD but the result on playback appears to be encrypted.

I am completely new to this so please assume little knowledge on my part should you wish to reply.

Any guidance would be welcome including pointers to step by step tutorials.

A Googlesearch indicates that this shareware program is presently at version 2.39, so it's hard to understand why you've "just acquired Super DVD Ripper v. 1.9".

Perhaps updating to the most current version will resolve your problem...
