Free Mpeg2 to avi program with GUI

Hello. I know AGK can do this, but it uses very long time compared to other programs. Could someone recommend me a free allright program that can encode from MPEG2 to avi? Other than AGK.

Look at the MPEG-4 Encoder GUIs forum: MeGUI, for instance, uses much more advanced codecs and algorithms than AutoGK, and it can encode to avi.
