DVD to web video problem

I am converting a DVD movie into an online video stream (legally for work). The problem I am having is that the the movie is split between two VOB files, and when I try to combine them there is an obvious pause/jump between the two clips. Is there a way to get the clips combined into one seamless video, which is how it appears when you are watching the DVD?

My technique:
Take vobs - convert to mpg
Take mpgs and merge them into one using Adobe Primiere Pro
Output file, convert to flv using flash media encoder

A big fat nevermind - found a free program called Movie Joiner that made the two segments seamless!
