Reuse a Sonic Creator script as template ?

Hi all,

I'm wondering how to reuse the script of a Sonic DVD Creator project for a new one. I don't know how but it seems that when I duplicate a Script, the original script remains somehow linked to the copy. And working on the copy affects the original one ! :scared:
So, what is the solution when I work on project that are all the same ? Do I have to always restart from scratch ?
Can't I create a template project like in Scenarist ?

Instead of duplicating just the script/.as file try duplicating the folder which contains the script file, the builds and the sources folders. Then restart creator and open the new script.

If you've stored your assets elsewhere then this should work however Creator does sometimes get confused. You may have to re-import some of the assets but all of your pre/post commands will be in place (though maybe not all of your button commands). If you've stored your assets in the sources folder then this won't work.

EDIT: Once you've duplicated the project folder then it's also a good idea to rename the new .as file.
