color problem

I am using a pixelview playtv pro ultra capture card. This card will not capture color using virtual dub, virtual vcr, etc. It will capture color using power vcr. I have tried downloading the latest drivers, changing the pci slot, still no color. Get greyscale ok. Am using windows xphome with 512mb memory, lots of disk space(280GB), an AMD athlon 64 3000 processor. I want to use virtual dub as it has so many features.

My motherboard is agigabyte GA-K8NS with an NFORCE3-250 chipset.

If anyone can tell me how to get color when capturing tv, etc, I would appreciate it.
