View Full Version : VDubMod can't process my WaveEditor output?

I have some analog recordings that I use Nero WaveEditor to clean up the audio noise from, but when I save the NWE output as PCM and add it to the .avi with VDubMod, it tells me no appropriate audio decompressor could be found when I go to encode to the final .avi

I'm using whatever version of VDubMod comes with AutoGK 2.27

You need 'WaveFormat' header type WAV files as output for vdubmod to work.. Nero doesnt output these (it outputs 'WaveEX'... I always just use Audacity...

OK I used Audacity instead and that worked fine but I still get no sound when I play back the encoded video :confused:
