I want to fork StaxRip if there are experienced people willing to join. The fork will be called MP4Enc unless somebody has a better idea. I won't join myself however because I prefer to work on StaxRip instead, alone. I might as well stop development for some time or slow down development which I did already since the last version. Main differences are:
StaxRip: Single Screen, for people who want to do things quick and painless.
MP4Enc: Since I don't participate I have little control over what's it's gonna be but I guess it will probably have tab pages like GordianKnot, be for people who want to control every little detail and are familiar with more advanced techniques, will have hopefully many experienced developers which means more options though this might lead to more bloat and bugs and half baked things but that's how it is, MediaPortal is a example here.
