View Full Version : How does DVDRB know which is the main movie?

I am backing up a DVD which only contains bonus footages and extras only. Therefore there is no "movie".

There are 3 VTS with about 1 gig each with smaller VTS's as well. Would DVDRB just choose the largest VTS as the movie then?

Yes if you chose movie (and menu) only.
Make a full backup and leave "Steal Space from extras" untouched.

Yes, I believe it picks the largest program chain as the main movie. This could be an issue if backing up episode discs and steal space from extras is selected.

Which, of course, is why you are not supposed to select "steal space from extras" on episodic DVDs.
