mpeg to ifo

i am new to this so forgive me , what do you use to convert mpeg to a ifo file to burn to dvd. i have many mpegs over the years i want to put to dvd .

An IFO is a descriptor file and not a video file. You may be referring to VOB files.

To convert MPG to DVD you need an authoring program. A good newbie-proof authoring app is TMPGEnc DVD Author.
