Hello,
I just read at HydrogenAudio, that Nero released a free command line AAC encoder. You can find more information here (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=44275). I hope we'll se support for it soon in most common GUIs like MeGUI or BeLight.
