If I want to convert interlaced PAL DV to NTSC DVD then AFAIK I -must- deinterlace as the frame rate is being changed.
But what about resizing alone (to 352xXXX)? Is it advisable to deinterlace and then resize, as in the above case, or is there some other (better) option?
