Newbie Cleaning/Sharpen question

The following general purpose cleaning/sharpen script for DVDs was recommended to me:

UnDot()
ASharp(1.1,2.5)
Deen("a3d",3,4,1,4)

But from what I have been reading would this be better?

UnDot()
Deen("a3d",3,4,1,4)
ASharp(1.1,2.5)

Yes, the 2nd one would be better.

Sharpening would amplify noise and artifacts in the video source, making it harder to be removed by deen...
