Hi,
I have tried everything I could find in these posts and more, and had no success.

Everytime I try and encode something, the Extracted_audio_1.wav is the right size and plays perfectly, but the Encoded_audio_1.mp2 is always 0 bytes.

It seems that Bsweet is not processing it properly.

This is its log, whether it is created from DVD2SVCD or just run at the commandline.

I would think it should take more than 0 seconds, and there should be more of it...

It doesnt matter what avi I use, they all do it.
I tried redoing it in Vdub, like in the faq.

For what its worth, I had the same problem with 'The Film Machine'

I have spent HOURS on this, and am going nuts. What can you suggest?

I am on WinXp, 30GB free space, 1GB ram.

Is your extracted WAV file larger than 2GB?

If it is, take a look here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=544142#post544142

Cheers

It was because the source audio was 24kH.
Changed it to 48k in vdub, and it works fine.

Might be a good idea to put this in the FAQ.
