DVD lab pro-1 question

I am interesting what mean this blue line? I only have this blue line when in dvd lab pro import captures from vhs. I import mpv and mpa files.

Layer break range area (help pdf page 26)

thanks for info. My project has 5.35 Gb. In help said if have more than 4.3 gb than existed Layer break range.
