Can someone please suggest a really good video cutter? Something that ISN'T shareware or a trial software if it's possible. I think you guys would have the low down over some other d/l sites.

nothing GUI based seems currently available for the likes of the BBC HD AVC .ts streams that i can find, anyone know of one ?.
anyone looking for a mpeg2 .ts cutter might look to HDTVtoMPEG2 http://www.midwinter.com/~bcooley/
that outputs to mpeg2, .ts, and something called HiDTV ?.
theres also DVBPortals http://www.dvbportal.de/ tsconverter http://dvbportal.dyn1.de/download.php?file=tsconverter-2.0.2.zip that also is said to work for the mpg format and several others including .ts and DVR-MS.
sadly i couldnt get that to work for me in that it will load the mpeg2 ts and display the Audio input , but not display any Video input size,FR or AR so far even after several uninstalls , creaning out the reg, and reinstalling 202.
tsconverter ts cutter has the potential to become the first AVC cutter (that i know of?) as crypto is apparently keen to play with AVC/H.264 content but thats his current internal project so we need to have patience :Z
