DVD Rebuilder Pro crashes after phase one...

For some reason, DVD rebuilder pro (just updated to the latest version) crashes after phase one on these two movies: Tristan & Isolde and Shopgirl. It works find when i do TV series such as Gilmore Girls and Doogie Howser, but it seems to have problems with actual movies. I use dvd shrink and anydvd to create an .iso, so it takes the full 7 gigs with no compression... Could the reason be I have a bad rip?

Why are you using Shrink? It may be altering or re-authoring the DVD in some way. Try a straight rip with DVD Decrypter!

I've done Shopgirl, R1, NTSC with no problem, I haven't tried Tristan & Isolde yet. As Rockas mentioned, you need to let us know some details. What exactly happens and when?

it just crashes. No error message. It just stops responding.

Well I just bought Tristan & Isolde and it works correctly too. It's something peculiar to your system. I do know that there is a pirate version out there that is screwed up terribly -- I assume you're not using that one.
