I'm trying to back up "The Greatest Game Ever Played" and I'm not having much luck. I've tried using Shrink and got a CRC error. I then tried DVDFabExpress which seemed to work, but when I tried to compress with Shrink, I got the same CRC error message. This has never happened before when using these programs in this order. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions that may help.

Try the following:

Load the DVDFab Express rip into VOBBlanker, set a new output directory/folder, select "Process all" and then press the "Process" radiobutton.

Then try loading the new VOBBlanker rip into DVD Shrink...

Tried VOBBlanker and got the following error message: "INPUT ERROR: REACHED END OF VOB TOO EARLY". This error occured while the file "VOB VTS_08" was being processed and was at about 44% completed. VOB files 1-7 seemed to have processed ok. Any suggestions?

Since it's a recent Disney release, it's undoubtedly got "RipGuard" copy protection, which is easily dealt with:

1) Rip using DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4 in "File" mode (select "ALL" files, NOT "movie" files) and

2) Load the rip into VOBBlanker, set a new output directory/folder, select "Process all" and then press the "Process" radiobutton

Try cleaning the DVD first...

We are seeing a bit of this end of VOB too early, especially on little Craprovsion promos. Use the method outlined in Kill ARccOS in my signature. PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html) v 7.0 corrects bad pointers and also eliminates unneeded VTSs.
