I know this is a crazy question, but this is the best I can explain it.
I've been playing a DVD in PowerDVD 6 and I love how it looks with the "vivid" color profile enabled. I want to rip the movie to Divx. What kind of color modification filters could I use?
If you're looking to alter only the one file, I'm sure it can be done, but it's not something with which I would be very helpful. If you want the setting for all playback, you could install ffdshow and adjust the color tone for all playback to your liking. Your video card may also have the same color adjustment, but it's not a profile you can transfer from PowerDVD. You'd have to figure it out by using the adjustments.

I'm looking for a filter to use during the encoding process, or maybe a way to do it with AviSynth.
