how to burn a large VOB file?

hello, i've got this VIDEO_TS folder with 1 IFO file and 1 large VOB file (its around 4.5 gb).and according to the uploader who uploaded this file, it contains a menu along with the main movies. i've tried to burn the folder with different softwares, but none worked. so can someone show me a method how i can burn to this a DVD without losing the menu? thanks in advance for all the help.
