Blu-ray discs--scratch and finger print resistant?

I found this in the sites.Blu-ray DVD Media (http://www.supermediastore.com/blue-ray-blu-ray-dvd-media-center.html)and really interested in this disc and tech.
Could anyone elaborate more?
