Can't jump in movie after re-encode?

I noticed that - after i reencoded a movie with Rebuilder or DVDshrink - i cannot jump from one position to another in while watching the movie. I use WinDVD. Did someone have the same experience? The position marker is greyed out and can't be dragged anymore. Some info about this or even a solution would be nice.

Either the title is not flagged as one_sequential or VTS_TMAPTI table is missing or Next/PrevPGC links are set
