Is this possible? If so how?

Iv tried to alter the framerate from 29fps to 25fps in VDUB but the video footage ends up a bit slow mo

Any other ideas? or a link to any guides

thanks, tried that, nothing conclusive about converting from an avi, from DVD yes, but not from AVI

Download & install AviSynth.
Paste this in a text editor, save it and rename .txt to .avs
AviSource("c:\your\video.avi")
DoubleWeave()
PullDown(0,3)
AssumeFPS(25,sync_audio=true)
SSRC(48000)
Open .avs file in Vdub.
