What's the next best thing to AAC for quality audio. Because Nerovision will not allow more than 1 minute for AAC audio. If there is a way to fix this please tell me, otherwise please just tell me what's the next best thing to AAC.

Try a reinstall. The next best thing depends on your bitrate. WMA is good for lower bitrates (according to what I've heard) but for anything else the most reliable I would say is Lame MP3. If you want to try Ogg Vorbis then go right ahead, but I'm not sure how those rank up.

And you violated a rule, rule number 9 i believe. You may not ask what is best. The best is what works best for you.
