Help deinterlacing anime

Hi all. I'm looking for some help deinterlacing an anime source but I can't achieve a good deinterlaced video. The result is always a bit jumpy and I've tested almost all deinterlacers such as kerneldeint or tdeint + eedi2.

If this is the US release for the first 5 discs of this you can do forced film as these were soft-telecined. After that you just need to do use TIVTC to do the IVTC. A simple script of:

tfm()
tdecimate(mode=1)

is all you will need.

I looked at it, it's pretty ick. I didn't check to find out exactly how so, but it has occasional blended fields that follow no real pattern (in occurence or weight), and the stutters all occur on the blends. And it is a PAL 50i clip, it must be some weird standards-conversion. I have no idea if restore24 or Crestore will work, but it can't hurt to try.
