Anyone have TMPGEnc .tpr file format?

Yeah, I know it's a TMPGEnc project file. I need to do some manipulations on it so I'm looking for a description of the file format. I'd rather not have to figure out every single byte if I can avoid it.

Some of tmogenc's formats are just plain himan readable text files. Can't remember is tpr is one of those but there definately is a project file format which is human readable.
