How to Mux Out WMV Audio

Ok I have a HD WMV media that I need to mux out the audio from. It is a 6ch 24bit 48khz audio stream. I'm not sure what approach will work without loosing the audio down to 2chns.

I eventually want to get it into an mp4 container with aac audio.
