Directdraw Overlay

Is there any way to disable the use of a directdraw overlay in DGIndex. I am using it under Wine, and whenever I load a file the screen goes black. I can fix it relatively easily (CTRL+ATL+F1 then CTRL+ALT+F7), but I think disabling the directdraw overlay would fix the problem permanently.

is there a command line option for shutting off DirectDraw overlay? No. Version 1.4.8 will revamp the CLI. Among other things it will support all GUI options.
