In Scenarist, I have a project with 16 cartoons in which the user needs to be able select them individually or through a play all option. I have the project close to where I need it except for one thing. When the user selects a cartoon individually and chapter skips forward, the disc takes user to the next cartoon and not back to the menu. I have a post command linking back to the menu and if user fast forwards through the cartoon or lets it play, the disc will take user back to the menu, why is chapter skip forward not taking user back to the menu? I have the project laid out with each cartoon having it's own title for individual selection and then a sepearate title in which I have all the cartoons in one PGC for Play All. This sound correct?

Disable UOP2. Some DVD players jump to the next title when there are no more PTTs in the current title.

Okay, so I disabled UOP2 which resulted in chapter skip forward being blocked out which I think will suffice for this project so I appreciate the suggestion. But, is there a simple way for chapter skip forward to take user back to the menu or does that start to get a little more extensive by involving GPRMs? I basically have one root menu and 16 titles (each with a cartoon) within the same VTS if that info helps...

Thanks again, Corion!

Lets be clear about this. Disabling UOP2 prevents jumping between titles. In your "play-all" title you should still be able to skip through the chapters. If you want to chapter through to your menu, then create a black tiff (or whatever) and drag it onto your title PGC, creating a new program. Change the cell still time to 0.

Now add a cell command to the previous cell (that was there already) to jump to your menu (or to the post command section of your PGC). That way, the final program will be by-passed in normal play.

If you want to be ultra tidy, switch off the PTT flag of your new program (you can do this in "re-arrange chapters"). Should work nicely.
