Question about CC's MeGUI builds

I've been out of the loop for a few weeks and am looking to update my AVC encoding folder. I have two questions:

1) Are CC's builds more up-to-date than the ones available on the sourceforge page?

2) The latest CC stable release is 0.2.3.2063, should I use that or his latest dev build?

1. Generally. yes.
2. Yes, the dev builds are pretty stable now, so just get the most recent build.

I'll be making a new naming sceme shortly. Since we are indeed close to the new refactoring and the current dev code is stable.
