if its 650 to 700 megs in size i bet its just .iso renamed to .vcd try mounting it with virtual cdrom drive software like daemon tools

The only thing www.filext.com lists is "Virtual CD" (which is probably where smiller667 found the same info). If that's what you have, you'll need the correct program with which the image was created. They don't interchange between different makes of programs, unlike an .ISO image.
