Hi,
I recently stumbled onto MVTools as potentially being a great tool for deinterlacing NTSC material and adjusting the framerate to 24p, via mvfps ().
However, I must admit, I'm still a little cloudy about how to correctly use it. Do I use MVBob () to deinterlace to 60p, then use MVFPS () to convert it to 24p? Or do I just use mvfps on the original interlaced clip? If it is a two step process, does it compute two sets of motion vectors in each pass?
I've tried going over the documentation, but it's hard to make heads or tails of it... :stupid:
Thanks.
